1. Product
* All goods sold are brand new.
* Quality checks will be conducted on every item before mailing out. We made every effort to display as accurately as possible the actual colours of our product on our webpage. However, the actual colours you see may depend on your monitor display. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the colour on the actual product.
* Accessories are not included, unless stated.
* No products picture requests please.
2. Billing information
- Payment
* Please note that payment has to be made within 24 hours upon receiving our payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the priority given to any other interested customer.
* Please do not claim that you have made payment if you have not made any. We will not hesitate to take action against fraud cases.
* ATM receipts should be retained till we have confirmed your payment as a proof of purchase.
* Modes of payment we accept:

Please email us the transaction details together with your sales order number for our acknowledgement at sales@wetskinbikini.com.
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will ship your order to you the next working day.
3. Price
* All our prices are final and quoted in MYR or Ringgit Malaysia.
* A standard shipping fee of RM 7 applies on each purchase of 1-2 pieces.More quantities charge according to weight. Shipping fee will be RM 10 on each purchase of 1-2 pieces for Sabah & Sarawak.
* Free local delivery for purchase of RM 150 and above.
4. Shipping
* We are not responsible for the loss of items through normal mail. Registered mail is highly advised.
* All items will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur.
* All items will be shipped according to the most convenient and economical courier service for the items. Tracking numbers will be provided.
* Please note that heavy items and multiple boxes may require an additional shipping cost. We will contact you to confirm the charges.
* All orders received by 12:00 PM will usually shipped on same day and expect to arrive 1-3 days once payment paid before 12 noon (For domestic delivery only) refer chart (For overseas delivery).
* Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. (except Sunday and public holidays)
* Check the parcel upon receiving, do not receive if the parcel's packaging is broken and quantity of order item is incorrect. We are not responsible for broken parcel's packaging and incorrect quantity of order items found after sign receiving.
* Please inform us after received the items. Thank you.
* We don't practice cash on delivery.
* Please don't disappear on us once you've lost interest. Do inform us! We're friendly :)
* Please, we only welcome serious buyers. Strictly no cancellations after confirmation.
- Shipping address
* Please only provide us a residential or commercial address for delivery.
* We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
* You may specify a different shipping address to your billing address.
5. Returns
- Exchange and Refunds policy
* All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent,which mean unwashed, unworn with original tags or labels affixed. Include the return and exchange form and a copy of the invoice with the product.
* However, this is subjected to evaluation and approval from our management.
* Customer must bear the full responsibility and costing of having the item sent back to us intact.
* We will not be responsible for lost mails for returns or exchange cases.
* We will only attend to cases that are reported within 3 days of receipt.
* Damaged or dirty goods due to client negligence, or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.
* All 'Sold' items are 'Final Sale' and can only be exchanged for a different size, different item or store credit.
* Shipping charges are not refundable
* Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
- How to return an item

Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and a copy of your invoice, indicating the following: • what you are sending back • the reason why
Return the form with the merchandise you want to exchange. We recommend using a traceable/registered method as we do not accept responsibility for lost returns packages.
There is an address label on the bottom of the Return/Exchange Form that is provided for your convenience. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot accept "bill recipient" or "COD" packages.

6. Account
- Advantages of registering an account

When you register as a customer you are able to enjoy many benefits, including our quick and easy express checkout process, where you don't need to enter your address details each time for example, saving your wish list or shopping bag contents and checking your order status online. - Difficulties logging on to your account
If you are experiencing difficulties logging in to your account, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
You may use your email address or enter a username of your choice for 'username'.
You have an account if you have previously registered your personal details like shipping address to us.
If you have previously subscribed to our newsletter or mailing list you do not yet have an account - we only have your email address for this purpose and you need to register to continue the checkout process.
If you have forgotten your password please select 'Forgot password' and enter the email address you created your account with. It will be emailed instantly.
If you have forgotten your email address you may either create a new account or email us with one of your previous order numbers.
7. Order status
An email notification is sent to the email address provided for each stage of the delivery process.
You may also check the order status by logging into your account. This will display the invoice for your order with the current status. If the parcel was shipped by a traceable method you can note the tracking number on the invoice and do a lookup using the links in our website.
- If an order doesn’t arrive
We process orders within 24 hours on business days. Your order should arrive within a few days within Malaysia, or from 7 to 15 workingdays for international deliveries.
If this time has been exceeded please check your tracking number if your shipping method was a traceable method or contact us either via email sales@wetskinbikini.com
or by telephone.
- Correcting order details
If you've made an error on your order (an address error, put the wrong items in your shopping cart, etc) please contact us immediately via email sales@wetskinbikini.com or by telephone and we will correct this for you. We begin processing orders as soon as they come in. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to make the correction.
8. HOW TO ORDER
Step 1: Fill in the order form in shopping cart.
Step 2: Have you read and understands the terms and conditions?
Step 3: A payment invoice will be issued after our confirmation for availability of the item / confirmation on payment / bank account number.
* Resend us the email if you didn’t receive any reply after 24 hours as some mails might get into the spam mailbox accidently.
Step 4: Bank in / Bank Transfer payment to us
* Please update us once payment is made
(Order No. / Bank Name / Total Bank In Amount / Bank In Date And Time / Receipt no).
Step 5: Item will be shipped out upon confirmation of payment.

10. Import duty and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. We deliver your package with duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be settled by you in order to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes. Please note that we declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.
